Powerlifter
I’ve been powerlifting since 2015 and have traveled nationally and internationally to compete. I’m a USAPL Pro and a 2X National Champ (brains & brawn am I right.)
Coach
I am currently a coach under Sincere Training Systems (NY) and absolutely love coaching my athletes. The goal is to give back to the community any I can.
Dog Lover
Pretty self explanatory. I love dogs. I’ve got two cuddly aussies at home and couldn’t imagine a world without them.
Show Junkie
Right up there with powerlifting and dogs is watching new seasons and shows. I love a good fictional story plot or docuseries.
